The Angie Package
Wedding Day Coordination

This package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want to fully enjoy the day without managing timelines, vendors, or logistics. You’ve done the hard work—now it’s time to hand things over and be present.
Starting at $750
Wedding Day Coordination ~ One initial planning meeting and a final details meeting 4–6 weeks before the wedding ~ Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline ~ Vendor introductions and final confirmations ~ Coordination of final logistics with vendors and venue ~ Ceremony direction, including processional and rehearsal coordination ~ Up to 10 hours on-site wedding day coordination ~ Decoration cleanup at the end of the event ~ Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors and venue Additional early decorating hours may be added at $65 per hour.
The Sonie Package
Partial Planning

Ideal for couples who have started planning but want additional planning guidance, design support, and professional coordination to bring everything together. This package offers hands-on help while still allowing you to stay involved in the process.
