Wedding Day Coordination
We'll start with a free consultation, get to know each other and learn more about your wedding day dream. Couples do most of the planning and contracting vendors prior to the month-of. With six weeks out from the big day, we have a final meeting to get into all of the little details and I will take over from there! I coordinate final logistics with vendors, creation of timeline, rehearsal assistance, and more. From set-up to tear-down on the event day, we will ensure the day flows smoothly and stress-free so you can enjoy every second of your wedding.

The Sonie
Partial Planning
I love the Angie so much that you get everything in that package as well as vendor referrals and research, budget tracking and management, design and decor support, and so much more with up to 4 in-person meetings. We will first start with an initial consultation meeting to review the vendors you have already contracted, event details that are already set, and brainstorm ideas for all those little details. We typically recommend this for 6-8 months out from wedding day.

Full-Service Planning
Newly engaged and have no idea where to begin the planning process? The Mimi Package is designed to alleviate as much planning stress as possible. We contract all of your vendors, venue tour set-ups, all your design and decor needs, budget and payment tracking, and any additional requests you may have. No idea is too outside of the box! We will have an initial consultation meeting to discuss anything and everything that you and your fiancé are looking for, your budget, and more.

Cookie Tables
The famous Pittsburgh cookie table tradition is one of my favorites! While I don't include it in my packages, you can add this on and let me set up the display and tray all of your cookies the morning of!
